Wee Heavy, a traditional Scottish style, lends itself beautifully to barrel-ageing. Devised in collaboration with Tempest Brewing Co., the rich, sweet malt base is adorned with notes of cherry and marzipan. This base brew is then matured in red wine barrels, where it evolves further to showcase a fantastic array of fruit cake and apricot flavours.
