Aduki Bean Imperial Stout
Inspired by a favourite filling for everything sweet in Japan, where aduki bean is ground down and mixed with sugar to deliver a rounded, umami, and sweet potato-like flavour. The base beer is everything you’d hope for in a Northern Monk stout, full in bodied with a caramel sweetness and complex bitter chocolate, tobacco, and roasted barley flavours underpinning everything.
