Dorking Brewery brews at Aldhurst Farm in Capel near Dorking, in a converted cattle shed on a working farm. It started brewing in June 2008 in a former engine shed at Dorking West railway station, and moved to Capel around 2017; Neel Singh took over the business in 2016. Spent grain from the brewery goes to feed the farm's dairy cattle, and the site has an on-site taproom, the Tap and Gun, which opened in 2021.
