RedWillow brew in Macclesfield, in Cheshire, and run a second bar in Buxton. They built their name on the British cask pint, and alongside it now brew lagers in the Bohemian and Bavarian tradition, naturally carbonated and aged for at least six weeks.
More recently they have moved into mixed and wild fermentation, brewing and blending from foeders and barrels.
